After 12 years working as an onsite coordinator at amazing Five Diamond resorts, Clau launched her own company in 2020 and built a team of talented planners who share her passion for creating weddings that feel personal, meaningful, and unforgettable.

Now, as a mother herself, moments like the mother, son dance hold an even deeper meaning, a reminder of the love, family, and emotions that make every wedding so special.

Krystal Martinez

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Krys brings exceptional service, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for every couple she works with.

Since joining the team in 2021, she has become a favorite among many brides. Her warm personality, positive energy, and ability to find solutions to just about anything make couples feel supported and cared for from start to finish.

Elisa Guadarrama

Eli joined the team in 2023, reconnecting with colleagues she had first met over 10 years earlier while coordinating destination weddings together.

With her experience, creativity, and genuine love for what she does, she helps couples bring their dream celebrations to life in a way that feels personal and meaningful.

As the youngest member of the team, Iri brings fresh energy and a genuine love for helping couples celebrate one of the happiest days of their lives.

She worked with Clau for many years after making the switch from Food & Beverage to the Weddings department, and it didn’t take long for her to find her passion for the wedding world.

Today, she helps keep everything running smoothly with her positive attitude, quick thinking, and attention to detail.

My journey in the wedding industry began as an on-site coordinator, bringing destination weddings to life and ensuring every celebration unfolded effortlessly. After years of creating unforgettable experiences for couples from around the world, I launched my own wedding planning company in 2020.

Since 2012, I’ve been planning weddings throughout Cancún and the Riviera Maya, growing alongside an industry that constantly evolves while helping couples design celebrations that feel authentic, meaningful, and uniquely theirs.

As the proud mom of an incredible little boy, I find myself experiencing weddings in a whole new way. These days, nothing melts my heart more than a mother-son dance. It’s a beautiful reminder of how quickly time passes and how precious life’s milestones truly are.

I’m deeply passionate about what I do, but beyond the flowers, timelines, and beautiful details, my true expertise lies in bringing calm to the chaos.
